Platform Rules

1. Be honest
Users must provide accurate:
- identity information
- job information
- business information
- verification information
Do not impersonate another user.
Do not create jobs or offers in another person's identity.
2. Use the correct job category
Use the category that best describes the work:
- Waste Removal
- Transport A→B
- Relocation A→B
- Cleaning
- Other Jobs
3. Describe jobs properly
Customers must disclose material working conditions before Operators make offers.
This includes relevant:
- access issues
- stairs
- lifts
- parking
- heavy or bulky items
- distance to vehicle parking
- unusual requirements
4. Only accept work you can legally perform
Operators are responsible for having whatever is required for the work they accept, including:
- licence
- registration
- insurance
- vehicle
- legal authorisation
- practical ability
5. Waste rules
Waste Removal Operators must comply with applicable waste-carrier and waste-handling requirements.
Do not use MOUVIE-T for:
- fly-tipping
- unlawful waste disposal
- illegal waste transport
6. Offers must be genuine
Do not:
- spam jobs with offers
- submit misleading offers
- manipulate the offer system
- submit offers using another Operator's identity
7. Change Requests
Where a material aspect of an agreed job changes after Deal Confirmed, use the Change Request system where available.
This provides both parties with a record of what was proposed and accepted.
8. Chat and communication
Do not use MOUVIE-T to send:
- threats
- harassment
- discriminatory abuse
- fraudulent requests
- spam
- malicious links
- malware
- unlawful content
9. Privacy
Do not misuse another user's:
- address
- telephone number
- photographs
- personal information
- location information
- verification information
Information obtained through MOUVIE-T should only be used for legitimate purposes connected with the relevant marketplace activity.
10. Illegal or prohibited jobs
MOUVIE-T must not be used to arrange unlawful activity.
Operators must not accept work they are not legally authorised to perform.
11. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.
Do not submit:
- fake reviews
- fabricated claims
- reviews for jobs you were not involved in
- threatening or discriminatory reviews
12. Support
Use MOUVIE-T Support for issues involving:
- another user
- a job
- an offer
- a Deal
- a Change Request
- technical problems
- disputes
Serious emergencies or immediate threats should be reported to the appropriate emergency or public authority rather than relying solely on MOUVIE-T Support.
13. Account action
Serious or repeated violations may result in:
- warnings
- restricted functionality
- suspension
- removal from the platform
14. Closed Beta rules
During Closed Beta:
- new accounts may be activated automatically for testing
- activation does not mean identity/documents are verified
- verification requirements still apply by job category
- functionality may change
- temporary bugs may occur
- testers should report unexpected behaviour
Temporary automatic account approval is a beta-testing feature and may be removed when the normal Operator approval process is restored.
