MOUVIE-T

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. Who we are

MOUVIE-T is an online marketplace operated by:

MOUVIE-T
Company number: 16612153
4 Furnival Street
Stoke-on-Trent
ST6 2PD
United Kingdom
Email: georgevmarin@yahoo.com

In these Terms:

“MOUVIE-T”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to G3ORG3 LIMITED as operator of the MOUVIE-T platform.

“Customer” means a user who creates or posts a job.

“Operator” means an independent person or business that uses MOUVIE-T to find and offer to perform jobs.

2. What MOUVIE-T does

MOUVIE-T provides an online marketplace that enables Customers and Operators to:

  • post and discover jobs
  • exchange offers
  • agree prices
  • communicate
  • record agreed job information
  • use relevant support and marketplace tools

MOUVIE-T is a marketplace platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, G3ORG3 LIMITED does not itself perform the job posted by the Customer.

Operators using MOUVIE-T are independent third-party service providers.

They are not employees, workers, agents or representatives of MOUVIE-T merely because they use the platform.

MOUVIE-T does not guarantee that any particular Customer, Operator or job will be suitable for another user.

3. Job categories

MOUVIE-T currently supports:

  • Waste Removal
  • Transport A→B
  • Relocation A→B
  • Cleaning
  • Other Jobs

Different categories may have different Operator verification requirements.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete when creating a job.

Where relevant, this includes:

  • job description
  • photographs
  • collection/location details
  • delivery details
  • dates and times
  • floor level
  • stairs
  • lift availability
  • parking restrictions
  • access difficulties
  • distance from the property/items to available parking
  • heavy or bulky items
  • additional help required
  • other Job Conditions that may materially affect the work or price

Customers must not deliberately conceal information that would reasonably affect an Operator's decision to offer for or perform a job.

Customers must not use MOUVIE-T to request unlawful or prohibited services.

5. Operator responsibilities

Operators are responsible for deciding whether they are legally, practically and professionally able to perform a job.

Operators must:

  • provide truthful account information
  • provide truthful verification information
  • keep required licences, registrations and insurance valid
  • comply with applicable law
  • perform accepted work with reasonable care and skill
  • communicate honestly with Customers
  • not misrepresent their identity, qualifications, insurance, licence, vehicle or business status

Account activation does NOT mean that every verification document is approved.

Verification statuses shown in the app must be treated separately from general account activation.

6. Category verification requirements

MOUVIE-T may restrict access to particular categories according to verification status.

Current platform rules include:

Cleaning

  • Identity verification required
  • Vehicle verification not required
  • Goods in Transit insurance not required
  • Waste Carrier registration not required

Other Jobs

  • Identity verification required
  • Vehicle verification not required
  • Goods in Transit insurance not required
  • Waste Carrier registration not required unless a future specific activity legally requires it

Transport A→B

  • Identity verification required
  • Relevant vehicle verification required
  • Relevant insurance requirements may apply

Relocation A→B

  • Identity verification required
  • Relevant vehicle verification required
  • Relevant insurance requirements may apply

Waste Removal

  • Identity verification required
  • Relevant vehicle/insurance verification may apply
  • Applicable Waste Carrier registration requirements apply

Operators remain responsible for making sure that they are legally authorised to perform the work they accept.

7. Waste Removal

Operators carrying or handling waste must comply with applicable waste legislation and registration requirements.

MOUVIE-T may restrict Waste Removal jobs to Operators who have provided suitable Waste Carrier information.

A verification indicator shown by MOUVIE-T does not transfer the Operator's legal responsibilities to G3ORG3 LIMITED.

Customers should take reasonable care to use appropriately authorised waste operators where authorisation is required.

MOUVIE-T must not be used to facilitate fly-tipping or unlawful waste disposal.

8. Offers

Operators may submit offers for available jobs.

Customers may:

  • review offers
  • reject offers
  • consider other offers
  • accept an offer

An offer does not become a confirmed deal until the relevant acceptance process is completed through MOUVIE-T.

Rejected offers do not automatically close the Customer's job unless the applicable job flow specifically requires it.

9. Deal Confirmed and Job Agreement

When a Customer accepts an Operator's offer, MOUVIE-T may create a Deal Confirmed record or job agreement.

This may contain:

  • Customer details
  • Operator details
  • job category
  • job description
  • pickup/location information
  • delivery information where relevant
  • agreed price
  • date/time
  • photographs
  • Job Conditions
  • notes
  • accepted changes

Both users are responsible for checking that the recorded information is accurate.

10. Payment model

MOUVIE-T does NOT currently collect or hold the Customer's payment for the job.

Payment for the actual job is made directly:

CUSTOMER → OPERATOR

MOUVIE-T does not currently:

  • hold Customer job funds
  • operate job-payment escrow
  • deduct 10% or another percentage from the agreed job price
  • calculate a platform job payout
  • make Operator job payouts
  • guarantee payment between the parties

The Customer and Operator are responsible for agreeing and completing payment between themselves.

Any separate MOUVIE-T subscription or platform-access charge is separate from the price agreed between Customer and Operator for a job.

11. Change Requests

Where supported by the platform, either party may request a change to agreed job information.

A proposed Change Request does not become part of the agreed job until it has been accepted through the relevant platform process where acceptance is required.

Material job changes should use the Change Request feature where available so that both parties have a record.

12. Chat

Job chat becomes available according to the platform's job/deal rules.

Users must not use chat to:

  • threaten or harass another person
  • commit or facilitate fraud
  • impersonate someone
  • spam users
  • distribute malware
  • send unlawful content
  • facilitate illegal activity

Relevant messages may be retained for legitimate purposes including:

  • job history
  • dispute handling
  • fraud prevention
  • user safety
  • platform security
  • audit integrity

13. Cancellation

Cancellation options depend on the status of the job.

Before Deal Confirmed, jobs may generally be withdrawn according to the platform flow.

After Deal Confirmed, cancellation may require a reason.

After work has started, cancellation options may be restricted and users may instead need to use the Report or dispute process.

Platform consequences shown to the user at the time of cancellation may apply.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Job start and completion

The job may progress through platform states such as:

  • Deal Confirmed
  • I'm on my way
  • Start
  • Completed

The exact progression may depend on the job category.

Where confirmation by both parties is required, users should use the provided platform controls.

The platform may use automatic completion rules where already defined in the relevant job flow.

15. Location

For appropriate job categories, MOUVIE-T may process job locations and, where enabled, live location information during an active job.

Location features may support:

  • job discovery
  • navigation
  • pickup/delivery
  • progress tracking
  • safety and dispute records

Users must not misuse another person's location information.

16. Photos and user content

Users may upload photographs, descriptions and other material needed to create or perform jobs.

Users must have the right to upload that content.

Users must not upload:

  • unlawful material
  • malicious files
  • content that infringes another person's rights
  • unnecessary highly sensitive information

Users retain ownership of their content.

Users grant MOUVIE-T permission to store, process and display that content where reasonably necessary to operate the platform.

17. Reviews

Reviews must relate to genuine marketplace experiences.

Users must not submit:

  • fake reviews
  • reviews for jobs they did not participate in
  • deliberately misleading reviews
  • threatening content
  • discriminatory content

MOUVIE-T may moderate or remove content that breaches platform rules.

18. Support

MOUVIE-T may provide:

  • automated support
  • human support

Users may request human assistance where available.

For legitimate support or dispute handling, authorised MOUVIE-T personnel may review relevant information including:

  • job details
  • agreement information
  • messages
  • offers
  • Change Requests
  • photographs
  • dispute information
  • audit information

19. Disputes

Customers and Operators are expected to attempt to resolve legitimate disagreements reasonably.

MOUVIE-T may provide tools allowing users to report a problem or communicate with Support.

MOUVIE-T may review available platform records to assist with understanding what occurred.

Providing support or reviewing a dispute does not automatically make G3ORG3 LIMITED financially responsible for a dispute between a Customer and an independent Operator.

20. Account suspension

MOUVIE-T may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary, including for:

  • suspected fraud
  • serious safety concerns
  • false verification information
  • unlawful activity
  • misuse of another user's information
  • serious platform abuse
  • repeated breaches of these Terms

Where appropriate, users may contact Support regarding an account decision.

21. Account deletion

Users can request deletion of their account through the application.

For security, deletion may require:

  • password/re-authentication
  • explicit confirmation

Account deletion may be temporarily prevented while a user has unresolved marketplace activity, including:

  • open jobs
  • unfinished deals/bookings
  • outstanding offers
  • open disputes
  • pending Change Requests

Users should complete, cancel or resolve relevant activity first.

When an account is deleted, personal profile information will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Historical marketplace records may be retained where reasonably necessary for purposes such as:

  • completed-job records
  • agreements
  • dispute handling
  • fraud prevention
  • security
  • legal obligations
  • audit integrity
  • preserving legitimate records belonging to another user

Where appropriate, retained records may display “Deleted user” instead of personal account information.

22. Closed Beta

MOUVIE-T is currently operating as a closed-beta service.

During closed beta:

  • bugs may occur
  • functionality may change
  • some services may be temporarily unavailable
  • interface elements may be changed
  • test accounts may be activated automatically
  • account activation does not mean verification documents have been approved

Beta testers should report unexpected behaviour through the available Support system.

Users should not rely on MOUVIE-T for emergency, life-critical or safety-critical services.

23. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

MOUVIE-T may temporarily restrict or disable features where reasonably necessary for:

  • maintenance
  • security
  • testing
  • bug fixes
  • legal compliance

24. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • fraud
  • fraudulent misrepresentation

Subject to applicable law, MOUVIE-T is not responsible for losses caused solely by the acts or omissions of independent Customers or Operators.

MOUVIE-T does not guarantee:

  • that every job will receive an offer
  • that every Operator will accept work
  • that every Customer will accept an offer
  • the quality of third-party work
  • payment by either party
  • uninterrupted platform availability

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

25. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as MOUVIE-T develops or where legal, security or operational requirements change.

Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.

26. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to a user.
